Ever try to lose weight only to get side-railed by sugar cravings and snacking? The struggle is more than just giving up sugar. It's about learning how to battle an addiction and not relying solely on our own strength to do it.

In this course, you'll learn how to overcome sugar cravings by adopting a mindset of freedom. You'll at least temporarily be asked to reduce your sugar intake substantially. (Please consult your doctor to determine a safe level of all forms of sugar and foods that turn to sugar, for you to consume daily.)
You'll be taken on a journey with the Israelites out of Egypt to the Promised Land. Through the lessons, you will learn that their battle was not that different from our own.
The purpose of this course is to shift our focus from trying to lose weight in our own strength to focusing on our journey with the Lord.
A 28-Day Devotional Plus Live Coaching Sessions
This 28-day Devotional will encourage you and fill you with hope as you strategically learn to overcome cravings. You will realize you're not alone on the journey. The last few days of the journal will help you reintroduce, in moderation, some of the foods you have set aside for the detox. Our hope is that you will do so with a new mindset, new self-control, and reliance on the Holy Spirit to guide you. This course is supported by live weekly coaching sessions on Sundays at 6:30 PM EST from May 6th through June 2nd, excluding Mother's Day, May 12th.
