Welcome to Be Transformed Weight Loss, LLC and the “Flip the Switch” course. Whether this is the first or hundredth time you’ve approached making healthy lifestyle changes, we believe you are in the right place for success.

“Flip the Switch” is a 28-day course supported by four live group coaching sessions via Zoom.

Often, weight loss is approached strictly by reducing calories and living on “lettuce and yogurt” until you reach your goal. More often than not, after success is seen on the scale, it’s not long before the pounds creep back up, and you are in the same place or worse than you were before. Can you relate?

We (Amy and Michele) could relate, but we found a better way. That led us to lose over 160 pounds between the two of us and successfully navigate maintenance for years now.


Mindset Is Key


Our approach is different and biblically based. We talk about how to make good food choices, yes, but more importantly, we work on how you see food, exercise, and developing healthy habits so that when your weight goal is achieved, you can maintain it successfully for a lifetime.

Our “Flip the Switch” course will give you a combination of a spiritual foundation with many practical applications. You have to have both. We will ask you to invite God into the process while taking action to live a fulfilled life.

"Flip the Switch" is the first in a group of six courses, all from a biblical mindset. Each course is 28 days long and based on building a healthy lifestyle from a Christian perspective.
